Thai Yoga Massage

Experience the ancient healing art of Traditional Thai Massage, to harmonise the body and mind. You will be guided to a state of relaxation and revitalisation.

Traditional Thai massage is recognised by Unesco as World Heritage for its healing benefits. Known as Nuad Bo-Rarn, it means ancient massage and exists for about 2 500 years.

Think of it as a mindful meditation in motion combining rhythmic pressure, gentle stretching and targeted acupressure which will help release emotional blockages and tensions and improve your health.

Perfect for relieving tension, improving circulation and restoring balance, this treatment is tailored to your comfort level.

Unlike typical massages, Traditional Thai Massage is deeply interactive, incorporating assisted yoga like poses to enhance flexibility and energy flow.
The movements are performed in a deep, slow, beautiful and respectful way, allowing you to let go and relax your mind and body.

It is a complete, dynamic and profound treatment where the body is mobilized, stretched and rebalanced as a whole.

The massage is given the traditional way on a mat (see pictures), over the clothes.
Comfortable and loose fit clothing allowing movements will be provided.
The massage ends with few minutes of singing bowl meditation and a tea.

Upper Body Focus

The focus is on the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, and head to relieve muscle tensions, improve blood circulation, and find deep relaxation through gentle stretching, joint mobilization, and acupressure work.

Ideal for anyone with muscle stiffness and tension from sitting, this massage will leave you feeling refreshed, revitalized and ready to move with better ease.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. The pressure is progressive and controlled, the movements are slow, precise and deep to help release muscular tensions and regain greater mobility.

The massage is performed with warm oil and is given on a table or on a mat according to your own preference.

The experience will end with a couple minutes of singing bowl meditation and a tea.

Deep Relief Massage Journey

We will begin with a 20 min chair massage focusing on the back, neck, head and shoulders to release built up stress and tension.

Followed by a 90 min deep tissue massage on a warm and comfortable table or mat, using oils and balm.

If your mind and body are in need of deep relief and relaxation, this full body massage is what you need. Using intentional pressure, I'll work through muscle tightness and tension, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and restored.

The session will end with a couple minutes of singing bowl meditation and a tea.

Massage Shemna, Soft and Intimate

It touches and moves your heart and mine.
It is pure relaxation and the slow movements awaken your senses deeply.
It feels like a warm hug for your nervous system.

I was trained by Gaelle Jacquinot, the creator of this unique massage who took inspiration in tantra and lomi lomi. She had a regular client who kept asking her to massage the heart and this is how the massage Shemna starts.

We put each other hand on each other heart and begin breathing together. We symbolically draw a safe bubble together to let our worries outside of it during this suspended moment.

The journey begins with presence, care and love.
This massage is my way to honor women, a healing dance from my heart to yours.

I am holding a sacred space for you and touch you like a sister who deeply cares about your emotional and physical being.

This ritual is for you if you are looking for deep relaxation, safe and soft touch, peace, grounding, feminity, flow, slowness, something different and truly beautiful.

The ritual ends with a couple minutes of singing bowl meditation and a tea.

Flow Art Workshop - Hoop Dance

The workshop is absolutely beginner friendly as the idea is to spread the hoop love with anyone curious to explore flow art.

For many of us, flow art is a form of therapy that sets energy in motion. It's a creative way to express emotions or anxiety through movement by manipulating props like the hula hoop.

When you enter a state of flow, you forget your worries for the duration of your practice because you are fully present.
It's about joy and creativity. "You don't stop playing because you grow old. You grow old because you stop playing." George Bernard

The workshop will begin with a quiet moment featuring a story from The Hoop Book by Linda Sinnige.
Then, we'll warm up to awaken our bodies and prevent injuries.
We'll explore some fundamental on and off body hula hoop movements and then create a mini-sequence to flow with.
Finally, there will be a cool-down moment with gentle stretches.

All you'll need is your curiosity and comfortable clothing that make you feel great to move with. All body types and genders are welcome!

Please share with me if you have any specific requests for the workshop and I'll be happy to personalize the session to your own wishes.

Hoops, tea and sweets will be provided.
The session can happen at my home practice studio or at Oosterpark if the weather allows it.
